the joss shafts that I've tried are more whippier than the schons, which tend to have real stiff shafts.

cable tv doesn't even show the trick shot competitions anymore. if that's not being shown then 9 or 10 ball stands no chance. the only way to get any viewers other than the hardcore fans is to have a bunch of celebrities participate in exhibitions.

i only tighten the grip for these 2 types of shots: 1. to slow down the cue ball when the object ball is at an angle. 2. cut shots at real sharp angles.
