All of this is so obvious why can't you see it. When pool halls died so did any chance for America to develop world class players. 7 foot tables inside of loud bars does not breed world champions. The Euros have private clubs which if you pay to join clearly implies that your serious about pool...
Russia can't beat a third world military power like Ukraine if we give them the help we should which is now in question. Our #1 geopolitical foe is clearly CHINA.
Clearly true. Even sneaking a Russian onto our side, we still got crushed. The Reyes Cup is so much better. I see little reason to continue this travesty. America sucks at pool face reality. Without SVB it would be completely hopeless and he normally dogs it in the Mosconi Cup.
Matchroom will win, WPA will lose, and that's how this is all going to end. The WPA has done less for pool in 20 years than Matchroom has in two years.
Let’s say that you own one of the more important pool tournaments of the year called the Mosconi Cup. It’s very popular but in recent years you’ve had a problem. That problem is that team USA is routinely beaten like a drum by team Europe. This leads to declining interest as there seems to be...
The dream never seems to die. Pool in the USA is dead and buried. Get over it. It died when pool halls went away and bar tables took over along with the drunks an party people. Europe with it's private clubs avoided this fate as did Asia.
KO was up 3-0 against SVB and then missed as easy shot that would have put him up 4-0. I predicted right then and there that SVB would make him pay for that mistake and he sure did.
David Alcaide can't be there that guy is a body double masquerading as David Alcaide.
ALSO, when did Fedor Gorst...
I agree on the format but it's sure as hell better than the spot shot fiesta we see in the Cue Sports events. Yea, a race to five isn't that great but there are so many matches that eventually the cream will rise to the top.
I don't care what their Fargo rating is. Look at the results so far...
Parica was the first to show up in America and Efren second. With respect to game they were both monsters. Parica had the better break. Efren the better safety game. In their prime I'm not betting on one against the other. But I would bet on either of them against Godzilla.
Break, make a ball and run out. Rinse and repeat. Unwatchable. At least in 10-ball there are more opportunities for a bad roll or spectacular safety play. In pro level 8 ball it's Break, make a ball and run out. And, if you don't make a ball your opponent has a 90% chance of running out.
