The points remind me of some pre-made butts I saw in Tusa back in the day at Mike Betts shop in the Palace,
Mike learned from Verl Horn. Mike and Verl both used Prather cue parts for their cues.
I watch several tips being installed on youtube / facebook...
seems a majority use a tool that has a very small replaceable cutting tip , i\are these tips sharper than my carbide bit I use???
I sharpen my bit on a gren wheel and seems to do good, but i wnt the best results.

I like the Joss cues, all models They are quality built....
Perhaps there is a retail shop or dealer where you can go in person and at least look over the cues before you order one.
Also some of the Action cues are great quality for inexpensive prices too
