I came across about five different models very similar to yours and they were all the same except none had the extra point with the spear on top like your cue. Maybe it was special made. One thing that might help is, does the shaft have Schon on it as your photo shows it without it.

STL 17 "type" Schon built a couple versions of this cue over the years

Similar but not the same
N2, SL19, STL17 all look the same but this cue has the added black points and spears inlays between the main points.
I believe that it's part of a series specially made for a dealer

If it were mine, I wouldn't take less than $1500.00, plus shipping and item insurance.
