I still have a stock of 90s era ‘Quick-Shock’ rounds. Big hollow point bullet, large wound cavity/energy dump (hydrostatic shock) and the serrated jacket separates and spreads out to damage various organs also, possibly amplifying disablement.

Anytime ‘shoot again’ option is best for ring games. Not sure how that would work for heads-up play though (?). Might simplify the game by doing away with mandatory foul penalties (shoot from the kitchen after scratch), ‘Loss of turn’ foul penalty would then also be optional for non-shooter.

I have a simple/dedicated/no print design pocket holster for the snubby that works well in trad. Levi’s or chinos (stays in the pocket when you pull). Also have a companion Velcro holder in the car’s door-pocket. That crotch-mount version might justify soprano risk though for those at the beach...

Suppressors make concealed carry problematic though. Like choosing the best wine or motor oil, the best pistol model, caliber, & projectile selection involves myriad issues/circumstances, and everyone has his favorite regardless of evidence.
