I actually didn't meet her in Vietnam. Vacationed in Saigon (HCMC) with a buddy back in '04 - before she and I met. Anyway, my GF is a filipina. She's originally from the beautiful island of Palawan, and I might add is quite an accomplished player :D

I can't speak for their customer service, but I have one of their branded cues I keep around as a "beater". Not a bad cue - hits like a Lucasi for a tenth of the price.
