The Biggest reason Lower level players can't improve ????

Happy New Year Jim and everyone else, I took a trip over to Appleton, Wisconsin to do some lessons. Ended up doing about 6. Need to head down to Sussex Bowl towards Milwaukee, got a few to do there. It seems I can do only one lesson a day. They take about 4 hours each. That Covid recovery has...

You said a mouthful there for sure and spot on. Good players don't just automatically make good instructors. Teachers that teach but never played at a higher level have their limits as far as how far they can take you. A good instructor needs to have the ability to connect with all the students...

Good One Boogieman, I'll be taking a little break from AZ for now. I have some complications from covid 19 I need to address. Had trouble for about a week now. Good Luck to everyone else out there. Get the vaccine and help slow this disaster down a little.

Thanks Cookieman. No matter what you say on here he has a reply. I'd like to stay on here and help people but I'm really sick of this. Think this is all he has to do. Feel kind of bad for him. Got better things to do like help people play the best pool of their lives.

I have an idea for you Cowboy. You obviously have canned responses to my posts because they are the same. Many of them don't even deserve an explanation. This one I will answer. When I showed this to Rodney Morris in Phoenix, your hometown I think and did about 150 lessons, Rodney asked me who...

Thank You for your educated words of wisdom. I just got back from Duluth/Superior area. Had a few lessons set up before I left. By the time I was done I did 11 lessons in all. It was the players that I taught that got me the other 8 lessons. I only charge $300 for my personal one on one lesson...

I give up. You win. Just keep bashing me and what I teach. If you don't get it it must be junk. The problem is if maybe just one player that might want to learn this changes their mind because of you what a shame. Isn't it strange that you are the only one on here bashing me all the time. The...

Cowboy neglected to tell everyone that I beat allot of world class players winning the Desert Classic Tour event in 2009 while I was there teaching. Also, Frank Robartz was rated a 9 when I first got to Denver. He was my first student. 1 month later I talked him into getting into the...

When giving a lesson I sometimes use this method when nothing else seems to work. Stand in the preshot and be in your starting position with your body turned to 2:00 if your right handed. Move your head over so you are lined up in the preshot. Doing this will kinda get the body where it needs to...

It's where it all starts. Like a big puzzle we need to get all the pieces in the right place. The flat pieces are like the dominant eye. Getting the dominant eye in the right position is like knowing where the corner pieces are. Then we can sort all the colors and put them together. Pretty soon...
