The match started off as a dud but when the US finally got a couple of rolls it became very exciting. Even the nay-sayers would have to admit that Earl can still hang with the best in the world. As for the commentary, positive or negative comments simply followed the level of play for both teams.

I think the commentary is just being honest. There is just not much positive going the Americans way, . Over the years Jim always seems to be in Earls corner. Let's hope Earl and Shane can pull it together.
