Mezz Power Break Kai w/ XPG (Sports) Grip

Hi All, I'm interested in buying a Mezz Power Break Kai with the XPG (Sports) grip. I already own the Deep Impact 2 shaft that it usually comes with, so I am only interested in purchasing the Butt with the United Joint. However, if your Power Break Kai has a different shaft than the Deep...

    Home room dilemma

I wouldn't recommend investing more money in your current table ... You would be throwing good money after bad. You would be better off playing with your table as is (including w/ current cloth) and continue to save money until you can afford the table you want. I'm guessing you should be...

    Mezz EC7 -- EC7-R Cue Weight

Hey Everyone, I just received a new Mezz EC7 (EC7-R -- Rosewood) series pool cue. I thought others that might be interested in purchasing a cue in this series might want to know the weight specifications of this cue, since the weight option on the Mezz Cues USA website is 19.0 or 19.5 ounces...

    Enough room or too tight?

Your most recent sketch probably looks like the best compromise, since you have to keep the couches. An 8 footer would definitely give you more room, but I understand your desire to get the GC4. Especially if its a steal of a deal. Tough choice, since there aren't very many good 8 foot...

    Enough room or too tight?

Regardless what size table you get, you should probably position the table closer to the bathroom corner and keep it rotated 90 degrees (so the short end rails are pointed left and right when looking at your drawing). The long rail at the top of the drawing, I would move so that the inside rail...

    Enough room or too tight?

Too tight ... You should post the room dimensions, but that room looks way too tight for a 9' table. You should calculate the appropriate room size based on the playing surface (not including the rails). Here are the playing surface sizes for standard size pool tables: 7 foot = 40" x 80" 8...

Mezz Shaft Weight Cartridge Set -- Feedback

Thanks for the links. Looks like it will work with the Wavy or United joint. I will try calling someone to see if they know if a shaft has to be cored deeper to accommodate the bolts, or if a stock shaft already has a deep enough core for the bolts. Will update what I find out.

Mezz Shaft Weight Cartridge Set -- Feedback

Hey Everyone, I was just on the MezzCue.com website and noticed under their accessories they offered the "Mezz Shaft Weight Cartridge Set." (http://mezzcue.com/en/products/accessories/detail.php?game=pool&cate=accessories&series=jwc&kinds=cueaccessories) I'm not sure if this is a new product...

9' diamond pro or 9' olhausen pro

Diamond Pro vs Olhausen In your post you stated that the 2 tables you are comparing are slightly used, so I'm assuming the tables are less than 5 years old. Also, I've never played on an Olhausen Champion or Grand Champion table, but I'm sure they play great. (Your post's subject line is...

What Model is this Brunswick Table?

Brunswick Info I went to the Brunswick website, and they have a listing of tables made from 1845 to 1945. Unfortunately, the table I'm interested in was from the 1960s. Here's a link to Brunswick listings for future reference...

Does anyone know the model name of this Brunswick pool table? I was told the table is from 1968 and is a 7 foot table, but the seller doesn't know the model name. Please help me identify. Also, if you have any information as to the quality of this table, please let me know any details. I'm...

WTB: 7' Table -- Near Seattle Area (Diamond Pro-Am, Brunswick, AMF)

ElLeon, thanks for the reply! I appreciate your empathy on my search ... I've only been searching for a couple weeks now. From my search, I got the feeling that finding a Diamond table would be a challenge in our area, but now that I know you've been looking for 2 years makes me realize I...

WTB: 7' Table -- Near Seattle Area (Diamond Pro-Am, Brunswick, AMF)

Hi All, I'm looking to buy my first pool table! I mostly play pool in league (APA/BCA), so I'm looking to buy a used 7' table (plus I don't have the room for anything bigger :( ). I'm particularly interested in buying a 7' Diamond Pro-Am, but I don't see a lot of them available in my area...
