    I live here in Okinawa, Japan. The Hybrid Max is the number one prefered tip here. I installed one on my old original 314 and it plays fantastic. Go have one installed and play with it for a while. It's accurate and gives good spin. NO HAZING! Don't take any layers off until you break it...
