Ray Schuler made lots of oak cues. they were very nice cues, But for whatever reason he did not to sign them. A quick search led me to this partial picture of one.

I have at least one or two decent ones. I could send you a very nice lucasi with a little bit of wobble when rolled but yet still a fantastic shaft. $85 shipped. if your interested give me a holler.

I cut 4 foot ribbons as easy as can be. Once I get a couple thousands from flush I like to use a nice piece of sand paper then polish it up. I spent fifteen minutes with 400 and nothing changed. I grabbed the old mill bastard flat file and was there in 20 seconds. polished it up and it all was...

I have some of that. It is very interesting stuff. I can cut it like butter with a lathe and I can finish it fairly easily with a file, But it seems impossible to affect with sand paper. I like love the end result, but it's not as user friendly as I had expected. It sure is nice once its all...

If I saw one for sale I probably wouldn't know exactly what I was looking at. If you post a picture of the one you are looking for it may greatly improve your odds of finding one.

I like the way Clay Etheridge did His Showcase sneaky Pete's, He just stamped an 'S' on the butt.

So I got confirmation from the maker of this cue. He was the Doug Leech on Facebook. This is what he told me. "Yes that is one i made many years ago. It was when i first started making cues. I made them and was giving them to friends and family"

I think he lives in Wheeling W.V. if it's the same guy he is apparently a player and a cue maker. I base the cue maker part only because I found a post on Facebook where someone asked him "How's that cue coming" I have reached out to him I'll let you know if I hear back.

Doug Seeth? is that what it say's? I just can't make it out.

And for some reason you can't just buy a nice setup.

I have used a rather inexpensive shoe polish for years with very impressive results. I have Bic4 from my day's of wearing some nice leather boots. I think I'll be okay with what I know. I was expecting a Long list of preferred products actually.
