    About Diamond system geometry

As explained in About Diamond System Geometry, the spin in mathematical simulation calculations is taken into account as follows: - spin = 1 = 1 tip causes one diamond deviation in width (two in length) - spin = 2.7 causes a deviation of 2.7 diamond in width. With Diamond System Corner 50...

    About Diamond system geometry

Not a joke/sarcasm Heater451. What is fundamental with Diamond System are the finish lines. Those lines are very stable when playing with full spin. With Corner 50 numbers, this means that a shot Start=50, Aim=30, approximately borrows the same road 20-20, that the shot Start=40, Aim=20, or...

    About Diamond system geometry

I don't agree with you, Mr3Cushion. The fact that tables are "Twice as long as wide" do not play any role in the Diamond system formula. For example, in the shot below, only three cushions are affected; the position of the small cushion on the right is irrelevant.

    About Diamond system geometry

The "Diamond System" is well-known to 3-Cushion and Pool players. Even though it requires adjustments that fine players apply, it is widely used. But where does it come from? When was it developed? In which country? By whom? How can it be justified? "A Geometric Analysis of the Diamond System"...

    Diamond system history

I am searching for the "beginning" of the "diamond system". I would like to know the persons who had the idea to use a formula, the persons who defined the coding of the diamonds, the persons who improve it, and the dates of that (probably around 1920). At the moment, I have nothing except an...
