Well as far as I concern, I think 95% of shots are better with a solid maple shaft. But this 5% in which you have to use side spin english are more easy by far with a LD shaft.

I think Musashi is made by Adam not Mezz. High end line of Mezz cues are exceed, really awesome cues. Gorgeous cue by the way!!!

Coming from a 314-2 I'd go for a wd-700 less deflection than the HP2 same taper than the 314-2 and much more feel than both together.
