I bought this cue brand new in 1996, it was $500. The receipt says it is a GM5, the guy said its a Grand Master 5. Would like to let it go now, any idea of the value? It has never been chalked. Also wondering who made it.

Anybody recognize who made this sneaky? Also has the name written on it that I tried to remove. I tried WD-40, alcohol, and lacquer thinner, nothing touched it. Is there any way to get it off?
