Is there any advantage to one side of the table or the other to break from? I am right handed and feel that on the left side of the table my body is more out of the way for the break. Is this one of those, "whatever feels best" questions.

I would add that one easy way to get your opponent to stop doing this crap is to make a few shots and/ win a couple of games and let your team mates know in a louder than normal voice (one that can be overheard) how opponent antics get you fired up and how it helps you concentrate more on the...

I agree with you JohnnyT. The equipment has changed and so has the game. Not too many people nowadays can appreciate the battle of the safeties you have in 14.1. Fast 9-ball and 8 ball seems to be what goes for pool these days. Blame, if you want to call it blame, TV for what new pool players...

This was not a tournament game, just a friendly match. Opponent broke and scratched. I get ball in hand, but, the 1 ball was against the rail with 2 other balls , one on each side of the 1 ball about 45 degrees on each side of the 1 ball. There was no way either of us could hit the 1 ball first...
