I would guess pressing also, most people complain about mushrooming so he probably presses to eliminate complaints. Make your complaint about hardness to him and he should comply.

I agree there should be no scratches before polishing, and Joes system 5 works very well.

Its the latest and greatest thing like the mooris used to be. Ive hit with them and they hit well. I say jump on them and ride the fad long and hard while it lasts.

I'm not a master installer, but I do install my own tips. I've never used your gel but if it works with other tips I dont see why not. I've used epoxy and it works fine, but my favorite is medium cyno, its quick and i've never had one come off.

I have a different tip on every shaft in my bag, that way when I play bad I can blame it on the tip and make a change, it's hard to beat any medium layered tip especialy moori.
