This was my point and since Dave Mullen is no longer profiting from the sale on this video their is no harm or foul. I'd never advise someone share someones intellectual property if it would effect income and profits! That could lead to a messy court case.

If it is no longer sold on the market I seriously doubt you would have anything to worry about. Why would an author come after someone or even have a case of harm caused when he is not making a red cent from the product. What the heck would a judge award him?

Thanks for the all the help! I ended up buying a regular every day bolt that would thread in properly 1/2 X 13 then just used my hack saw and cut the head off. I then used my dremel tool to cut a slot in it. I cut it down a little at a time to I found a nice balance point (ended up about 2"). I...
