it all depends on the rules of the tournament director. if the director say it has to spot up on your break then it's only fair that it spots up on your oponents break as well; likewise, if it stays down on your break then if they make it on their break it should count as a win for them...

i was reading about the Rotation Continuous tournament at Danny K's and i was wondering if someone could explain the rules. It sounds like a pretty good game from what i hear.

Dallas, TX i'm sure you would draw a really good crowd in dallas, tx. You could try the Billiard Den (thebilliardden.com) for a large venue or clicks billiards i'm sure would love to host. we don't get too many pro's coming through. Incardona does play here though.
