I play with a ferruleless shaft.. i think its no than any other preference on a cue, the way wood to wood joints hit compared to ones with metal joints.. ETC. Wood is definitely lighter than the other ferrule materials out there.. it was mentioned if ferrulelss shafts are so much better why...

know this is kinda old.. I jsut talked to him this week about a cue.. he has moved kinda recently so had to get everything set back up .. but he is working on a cue now and if not now will soon be taking orders.

Can the Original poster, or anyone with knowledge please forward the information needed... I am also looking for a playing cue. Mine doent have to be dymond wood as it looks like its hard to find but i do want the shaft to be in a dark wood just like the butt thanks .
