I don't use the burnisher as it was intended, but I love it and I've been using it for years.
Instead of burnishing the tip I put the burnisher on the tip every time put the Cue back in the case. Storing the Cue that way keeps the tip from mushrooming in the first place.
Any perfect rack requires a perfect way to position it. That seems to be missing. Those four white lines aren't going to work. Especially because they are not down to the level of the cloth. Maybe the $1,000 improved version will be better.

A few years ago, I went on the Diamond factory tour with Greg Sullivan and I remember him saying that when Diamond's standard pocket opening is modified the angle must also be modified. I don't imagine that comes free.
I appreciate that you included the rules that you used. They are very helpful. I see no mention of fouling except in a few specific situations. Is that because the penalty is not specific to Alabama and instead falls under standard 8-ball rules (ball in hand for current WPA rules)?
