I thought it would’ve been solid black with no base wood showing through. It looks solid on their website to me

I purchased and just received a Blak 4-5 directly from predator and the black finish/paint looks translucent i.e I can see the base wood of the butt through it all over the butt. Is this how it's supposed to look ?

I thought they switched out the accu rack because of Mikka's complaint when the ref moved the 9 ball to move the accu rack, because as he claimed, the ref didn't put the 9 back in the same position causing shane to see the 1 ball. I think changing out the rack caused more of an issue now.
