Just recieved it 2 days ago. GREAT BOOK!!!!! I already see improvement in certain types of shots. Please.. DON'T buy this book. I need to keep this knowledge for myself :) jk. Just like the billiard atlas used to be, this book will be my go to book. Phenominal job Mr Smith.

ok.. ill will help. if you plan on playing korean 4 ball. keep the cue as is. korean 4 ball uses an even bigger ball than that for 3 cushion. if you will be playing 3 cushion. yes. that shaft is wayyyy too thick have someone sand the shaft down till the tip is 11mm to 11.5mm. notice i said...

lol.. funny names.. we have one that is native to my particular pool hall. A really good player who's second language is English was playing a game. his opponent made a lucky shot. instead of saying "lucky" i guess his tounge got a bit tied, he said "LOBSTER" needless to say everyone...

the problem is... if I have a 3 rail natural on a heated table.. and I hit the first rail at the same place where I would on a unheated table..the shot goes long. Even when I make an adjustment to make it go shorter, it still doesnt go where it should. (ex.. I need a fuller hit to make it go...

I saw an article on the internet on using silicone spray on a billiard table and billiard balls. Anyone know where I can find this? or give me some information on how its done? maybe some info on what others do to make a unheated worn cloth table play more like a heated one. TIA

Ive been playing 3 cushion with a predator Z shaft. and I absolutly love it. sounds like what you are looking for. its got a semi conical taper. but yet its very thin. surprisingly stiff for such a thin shaft. :)
