Try TMPGEnc. They have a free trial. That's what I used when I had to load videos on youtube.

If it's any consolation, per the schedule, the replays for day 6 won't start til 12 p.m. local time. They didn't show replays at 10 a.m. like they did yesterday. Right now they're just showing football. Maybe ESPN would be OK on sopcast in about an hour's time.
