Yes, I was wrong about his age, he was 53 in this match, still played at a high level at that age and still a giant in this sport imho

A List of the Greatest Pool Players of All-Time

I watched an old video of Irving Crane winning a straight pool title match going 150 and out when he was over 70years old on YouTube, that certainly got my attention, his cue ball control and ability to draw on that cloth from the late 50's or early 60's was amazing, he deserves more respect in...

    Slow Rolling Question

This drill will lie to you unless you put 2 balls, 1 on each side of your target, the center diamond, about 1/4" bigger than the cueball frozen to the rail, if the either frozen ball moves you are not hitting the cueball dead center or your stroke isn't straight, I had this same problem, I had...

    Slow Rolling Question

There is a short video from Dr Dave billiards called cut induced throw on YouTube, I tried to send you a link but it wouldn't let me, just Google it and it should take you right there, if you haven't seen any of his videos you are in for a treat.

    Chasing that Pool 'Jones'

The book has nothing to do with discipline, you can't possibly know what you don't know, it's not a long book and quite entertaining at the same time but you do what you think is best for you and good luck with your game 😀

which are the latest most popular cue tips?

If Thoroughbred is the tip for you then you should use it, I don't care if a top pro uses a Bulletproof Recoil tip or not, it's simple for me, there are hundreds of variations of leather tips and have been the only type of tip for at least a hundred years, I know people are skeptical about...

which are the latest most popular cue tips?

The Recoil tips do not compress, they are not leather, consistent from tip to tip.

which are the latest most popular cue tips?

I've been using the Green Recoil tip for about 9 months now, have no plans on using another tip, plays like the day it was installed with almost zero wear.

    Chasing that Pool 'Jones'

Someone suggested reading the book "The inner game of tennis" and it's an eye opener, the book is really about how your brain processes information, it's a great read and the only time it doesn't work is when you don't follow what you have learned.

    Tip life

Every tip has about the same miscue limit but a hard tip will let you know when you don't stroke the ball properly, just lived it, 2 balls left on the table for me to win, had a long draw stroke shot to gain position so I loaded up on my stroke and launched the cueball into the corner pocket...

CNN’s story on fedor and how a Russian became a star of team USA

I don't know one person who thinks be like us or you don't belong, I know lots of people who think it's unfair when an American citizen breaks a law they are held to account but people who are here illegally are not, even one's who have been deported and come back illegally again, America...
