Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

Have to disagree, adds power makes one believe if they use said shaft it will increase their power, this it will not do, how it works is important, transfer more energy from YOUR stroke does not imply adding power your honor, it implies that any power increase is limited to the quality of YOUR...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

Increased power would mean the shaft would ADD power, transfer power more efiiciently would mean the shaft would not lose as much power but add nothing, not the same......, you did make me look into CF fibers, learning new things is never bad.

    Bulletproof CF shaft.

The engineers who started Becue were experts in CF and Pool players they wanted to bring to pool what CF did to golf, it would have been easy for them to fill some tubes with foam and start cashing in, instead they spent 3 years in R&D building what pool players thought was the best playing CF...

List of pro players who stick to wood as their playing shaft

Golf clubs, tennis racquets, and pool cues were once made of wood, why did they change? Advancement in materials, and it happens to every industry and sports, no one complains about the better materials in pool balls or golf balls, the list goes on.....

    Slower Tables of Yesteryear

$20 for 1 piece of chalk? No way! Rip off!!! So I buy a new chalk holder, I need to spend an extra $10 to get free shipping or shipping is a little over $20, so I buy 1 round of TAOM V 10 chalk to prove to myself it's an overpriced waste of money, long story short, that 1 piece of chalk lasted...

    Bulletproof CF shaft.

If you see a seam on your shaft it is not filament wound, all of the Becue shafts I own are filament wound, it makes a difference, plus Becue builds different shafts for different types of hit, my favorite is the Prime II, to me it has the perfect balance of feedback and stiffness of a CF...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

I don't think there is 1 cue that is right for everybody, I think there are some excellent hitting wood cues, sounds like wood is the best choice for you, I hope my experience might help someone else out.....

Wood vs carbon fiber shafts for top pros - I went through the Fargo top 100 to see who uses what

I swore I would never use CF, I've been using a Becue cue for 5 yrs now, best hitting cue I've ever owned, if you've never tried a CF cue try the Becue, The Butt is CF too, one thing Becue does differently than other manufacturers is design different shafts for different types of hit, most...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

I didn't say that, that's what Bob said about his shaft, I agree end mass is the key......

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

Here’s what Bob said about his black dot shafts... The Meucci Black Dot Shaft What makes the Meucci Black Dot Shaft different from other shafts on the market? The primary difference is in the construction. Utilizing similar technology to the Predator shaft, the Meucci Black Dot...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

I also said this in the same post....there are some very good wood shafts that are probably equivalent to a Becue shaft but how do you know which wood shaft is? Wood is not a consistent material, by having a consistent material to work with you get more consistent results, it's why some guitars...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

I'll bet that you don't have a 32mph + break stroke speed like SVB, not a lot of people do, so what he can apply and you can apply is different, some people have better quick twitch muscles than others, this is a fact in all sports, you say there is no feel in CF shafts, my guess is you haven't...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

I find the difference small but this is a game of millimeters, there will be inconsistencies in where you intended to strike the cueball and where you actually struck it as well, so for my real world experience may contain some of these flaws, I'm working with drills to discover better cueball...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

In my real world experience I have found I need to play closer to the center of the cueball when applying sidespin, when applying max sidespin it is almost unusable except on VERY rare occasions, Becue cues are full CF, even the butt, I had a beautiful custom cue that played great, this cue just...

Have you wanted to try a CF shaft but want a shaft that is closer to 13mm?

I did say how, when striking the cue ball, your cue and therefore shaft will lose some of the force YOU applied during your stroke, compression of your tip then ferrule then shaft then butt all contribute to this lose of force as well as cloth ect. I was just focusing on the cue, that's why the...
