Who builds the Becue, full pool cues, and are they popular?

What shaft did you get? By the way, the weight kit is super easy to use

Who builds the Becue, full pool cues, and are they popular?

I'm only doing what Hawaiian Eye did for me, I believe the time Becue spent in R&D is the real difference, my cue has helped my game immensely by being a consistent reliable tool, that's what a cue is to me, every time I learn something new I can rely on my cue to deliver the same results as...

    Custom & Production Cue Wraps

I think I use a pretty traditional grip, not too tight or too loose, I do change grip location for balls near a rail whether I am drawing or not unless it's a long shot, having the wrap doesn't affect me for those type of shots, if I am playing position well I don't get too many on the rail...

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

A guy on my team stopped by the other night without his cue, He has a Lucasi he's played with for at least 20 years that he put a cheaper CF shaft on, he has been really happy with it, I let him use a Becue Natural Born Naked cue that I have, one of the first things he said to me was this cue...

    Seybert’s shipping prices

I ran into a problem with the type of container, UPS charged me an extra $23 more than I was quoted because I shipped a shaft in a round tube, I talked to Fed Ex and they also charge more for shipping in a round tube, they said it's because round tubes get stuck in the conveyor belts, shipping...

    Custom & Production Cue Wraps

This is really the only reason I prefer a wrap, I place my hand exactly where you are, I think it helps me get a consistent sight picture as well.

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

I agree you need to practice to jump well, I bought some scrap cloth and made patches with it for breaking and jumping to protect my cloth, it has worked well.

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

I always advocate for using what is best for you, what worked for you didn't work for me, I would say if someone already owns a J/B cue try it and see how it works for you, if you are happy with it you won't need a jump cue, if you're not happy with it try a dedicated jump cue.

Need Jump AND break cue, would prefer to get both in one cue, suggestions?

If you read my first post it was a PBIA Billiards instructor that directed me to use the extension on my jump cue which is longer than a normal jump cue but not as long as a 58" break cue, I'm glad a jump/break cue works for you, if you are a taller player it may not.

Revo 11.8 mm vs Jacoby black v4 11.8 mm

If you want a CF shaft that has feedback like a wood shaft you should look at Becue's Prime II 12.0 shaft, most CF shafts play stiffer and there is little to no feedback, this shaft has a super long taper and has flex like a wood shaft, it's worth a look

    Ok Healing Carbon Fiber Cues

Look for seam, if there is a seam it's a tube, if there is no seam it's spun on, takes more time and equipment to build and is usually reflected in the price of the shaft.

They responded to my email quickly, 5 hour time difference from New York.

Who builds the Becue, full pool cues, and are they popular?

I think it's the super long taper on the shaft that might make it feel smaller, I'm using the 12.0 model, I was using the Engage 11.8 shaft and didn't really feel the difference in size, big difference in feel though, the Engage delivers a more solid hit and little to no feedback, Becue is...

Who builds the Becue, full pool cues, and are they popular?

Glad you love the shaft but the shaft does not put English or draw on your shots, what it does is transfer the energy YOU are putting on your shots more efficiently, you will find you can play with less English and Draw and move the cueball more precisely and when you do need maximum spin it...

Mezz is a great cue as well, I think you will be very happy with the shaft and it will be a great combination, looking forward to hearing your review when you get it.
