I believe yes to all, but not 100%

The person I bought it from is from the Philly area or east coast, but I doubt that is an indication of the geographic area of the cue builder.

That was my first thought years ago. I contacted Fred on Oct 9th 2012 and he confirmed it wasn’t a Tad cue.
