No tip pick either. I don't do any tip maintenance as the shape is great and it holds chalk well.

Check out the Players HXTP 1 or 2. Fantastic value. It breaks apart into 4 pieces for a lot of options for jumping and breaking. I've had mine for a while and it's awesome. Jumps effortlessly and breaks hard. Definitely wont be disapointed.
