Your Meucci CF is advertised at 12.5 but measures 13.1. .6mm is not acceptable fluctuation for a 12.5; they clearly sent you a 13mm shaft...maybe 12.75mm. My concern is if they are going to be advertising CF shafts with .35mm difference i.e. 11.9 & 12.25 then .6 in fluctuation makes no sense...

You need to get an order number or find out where you cue is and that if they cannot provide this information then they either have the option to refund you for the entire cue amount or have action taken against them in civil court.
