I am in my 80's, 20/20 vision via lens implants, and right handed. Forty or so years ago I decided to close my left eye while shooting pool. Just like rifle shooters. It took a little while to adjust, but it greatly improved my accuracy. If there is a problem it is in my stroke. No recommendations.

I really like head to head but since most pool watching is on the internet, I selected tournaments because it fits in to my time schedule and I see a variety of world class players. But a head to head match is hard to beat.

I am in my 80's and my break looses power every year. I also like One Pocket, therefore my moving is a little better than most league players. But........I do respect your perspective. Thanks.

How you break depends on who you are playing. Most league players do not run out 50% of the time. Use the 2nd ball break and not too hard. Since you usually do not make a ball, you will leave clusters most of the time and will get back to the table. If you are playing a run out player...use...

I thought the opposite would be true. Using the smaller muscles in the wrist would give more precise movement in close situations like 14.1. In fact, my use of the 'jab stroke' only uses the wrist.
