There are lots of folks here that could easily do this work. The taper job is fairly simple, the re-stain and refinish will be where the $$ comes in. I agree with Kim, you are probably better off just starting from scratch.

Question for you Michael - in the third picture with the holder for the rings so you can ID bore them, what holds the rings in the holder? Is it just a snug fit? How do you keep them from spinning inside the holder?
Yes, Meucci CF shaft, 30", 12.6mm tip. Shaft was purchased with the cue when originally bought from Meucci so the dice all line up the way they are supposed to.
