    Pool cue cases

I have a 1x1 McDermott round case that is nice and sturdy and was included when I bought a cue. I would use it for any priced cue as it is well built and it cost me nothing. But that's me....different strokes etc.

    Billiards Glasses

before I got back into pool, I shot skeet and the glassware is very similar, sit high on your face and look thru the upper part of the lens. so firearm shooting glasses will work for shooting pool too. since these hobbies were about 20 years apart, I had glasses for both due to changes in my...

Did going from a low-end cue to high-end improve your game?

there is a youtube video about a guy who buys a $29 cue, then....he has skills and tools....reworks it into a competent player. takes warp out of the butt, puts a leather wrap on it, repairs a split at the joint, and reworks the tenon and ferrule and adds a new tip

    Cue scale recommendation

I just take the cue to the post office or UPS store and have them weigh it. Also, if you rubber band the butt and shaft together, it won't roll. and if you are anal enough to worry about the weight of the rubber band.....I can't help you. a great source for scales of all types was Old Will...
