I have a 1x1 McDermott round case that is nice and sturdy and was included when I bought a cue. I would use it for any priced cue as it is well built and it cost me nothing. But that's me....different strokes etc.

2x4 oval Porper, everybody had one or more, I have 3. also a 4x8 porper butterfly and some smaller cheaper ones for storage and quick trips.

My favorite cube of Masters I found behind a spittoon in Johnston City in 1966, used by Wimpy, he dropped it and didn't see where it went....but I did and made a bee line for it when nobody was watching. Used it now for 60 years and it looks like brand new. it is amazing stuff. never miscued...

YUP, I got a bunch of Masters and I have never bought any. I used to "acquire" a cube every league night as they put out new cubes. Went into my stash at home.
