If it were an Ohlausen it would not have a ball return. It would also say on the top rail if it was. Unless its one of the first. If it does not have a name on it anywere it is most likley is an import look-alike or a home made table.
save your pennies
My advice to you would be to save a little bit longer and get the table you want. If thats not a possibilty the upgrade would make the table play alot better. Good luck:eek: One inch slate is a must!!

These are a couple of tools we use. The tool on the left is an antique railbolt tool we made frome a 5/8 socket. The other is a tool for recushioning.:smile:
with cloth on
I would do your measuerment with the cloth on. The cloth is thin so it does'nt change the measurment to much, but being the cloth is part of the finished product and does have a certin thickness i would take it into account. Hope this helps. I would agree with crobra on the...
