Yeah definitely not happy about it. I use a lot of affordable layered tips and like you have not seen any issues.

Left is a dime shaped breaker, and beside is the HOW Titan which I shaped to dime Monday night, the player used it in league Tuesday night and it flattened to that shape. I use a lot of kamikazes and they do not do this.

Any acoustic foam? (the black stuff). Any idea what the final weight ends up at? I imagine you could pack super tight and not so tight and have different results. I like this idea.

No mods on the HS. Well it's a midsize, but it's sitting on a riser to make it deluxe height. The tailstock is mounted to a couple risers.

Thays Absolutely what was done. It's actually decent other than being slightly off. I'm going to get a dial indicator from cuesmith and see what I can do.
