I haven't heard anything about it. The only places I've played is Slim's and Fast Eddies because of the 9ft tables. Edit: Just looked and Shooters (on Hastings) is now called the Mudd Rack. I've heard about it, but never been there.

Slim's on Georgia street is the place to go. They have 4 9ft tables and a bunch of bar tables. Waitstaff are friendly and locals will BS with you all day long.

I'm in the same boat. Just made my own hotel reservations for next week. I guess I should've listened to the old saying "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is." I just feel bad for all of the kids that thought they had a sponsor and got screwed. My son being one of them.

I learned to play left handed in high school. The thing that was the hardest for me was getting my bridge comfortable and stable. Once I got that down, I got to be pretty good playing lefty.

Actually, Brendan and Sergio are still in it. Taylor put April out, played a couple more matches and then lost again ending her run. It sucks that almost every American has been put out of the tournament by another American. Guess that's just the luck of the draw.:embarrassed2:
