i would guess it's former NASA engineer mark rober using his knowledge to entertain the neighborhood kids. he has done similar things before. he also made a ninja warrior obstacle course for squirrels
actually not. It is a chemistry demo called elephants toothpaste. some call it devils toothpaste. I will not bore you with the chemistry behind it. You can look that up if you want.
