Judd cue ?

I was told this was a Judd cue but, I thought he signed his cues ?

Not a Judd.
He never used SW style bumper.
He was gone before kielwood shafts came about.
He signed all of his JT1 models.

I've never seen him used a modified 3/8 screw too. No flat bottom screws .
