This ain't over by a long shot.
SVB has more determination that any pro I ever met....he will make a way.
Shane was pretty bad by his standards. Missing balls, scratching on the break, Scratching trying to break out balls.
Last I heard on the stream they said 6:30 EDT.What time are they starting today?
What time are they starting today?
Is that betting terminology? [Shane +7 means he gets 7 on the wire, so he only needs 113 to win] Or are you saying Shane wins by 7?Shane 7+
That's why they came and went. Now we only have them once a year or two.The problem with a race to 120 is that it gets very boring if it's one-sided.
3 out of 5 races to 25-40 would be way better. No fan of real long sets. The problem with a race to 120 is that it gets very boring if it's one-sided.
I think very few people are, so it begs the question why they still have them. I understand if it is for themselves, but if it is for the fans, it is a bad idea.3 out of 5 races to 25-40 would be way better. No fan of real long sets.
Correct; SVB had just 3 B&Rs on 22 breaks (14%), none after Game 11. Gorst had 16 B&Rs on his 40 breaks (40%).Needs to figure out his break. Don't think he had a break and run since like rack 11.
Yesterday they started at about 6:30 pm EDT (despite xpool.live having posted 6:00 pm). At the end of yesterday's stream, they said they were moving it up to 6:00 pm EDT for today. If Shane is able to play fairly even with Fedor for the day (around 80 games for the day), it won't end until somewhere around 3:00 or 4:00 am. And if somehow Shane could catch up and make it somewhere near 80-80 after Day 2, it could go to 6:00 am.What time are they starting today?
We have 18 some years of races to 100 range. Promoters still can’t figure out the time required.Yesterday they started at about 6:30 pm EDT (despite xpool.live having posted 6:00 pm). I'd bet 400 to anyone's 500 on SVB from here....take my money.hence the "if" in my question
Gets 7 I believe.....Is that betting terminology? [Shane +7 means he gets 7 on the wire, so he only needs 113 to win] Or are you saying Shane wins by 7?

Because among pros it takes a 3 day race to 100 or 120 to be certain the best man won....and betting 50k plus, you want to have the best guy win.I think very few people are, so it begs the question why they still have them. I understand if it is for themselves, but if it is for the fans, it is a bad idea.
40-22 yesterday. Scheduled to start today in about 35 minutes.score?
