0.775" and 0.650" coated carbide tip with 2 coolant holes.
17" flute length, 0.7" shank diameter.

Forgive me for the dumb question, are these end or side ports for the air hookup? I'm assuming end but I've never saw one in person.

No worries! It's at the end of the shank. You can find in this picture.

If you are going to mount in a drill chuck I would think it wouldnt matter the diameter. How would you get air through the end of the shank in a drill chuck?

The shank diameter was too large and didn't fit my Cue Smith drill chuck. I believe this type of coolant hole can be used with a coolant-delivery spindle typically used in metal machining, with a water-based coolant.

Assuming it fits your chuck, I would think one could plug the end and drill/tap a side hole fairly easy
