Kevin Cheng.. any sightings????

I found an article in "The Cueist" a small billiards newsletter/info. site. Said he's been dealing with a couple types of cancer and is doing ok i guess. They had a raffle for his SW cue he used to win his big titles. He has a kid and try's to play but his condition has made it hard as one would expect. Thoughts and prayers for nice cat and monster player.

Tuff thumbs up there, thanks for sharing.

Any updates on this champ these days?
First time I saw him play was in that southern bar table tournament, which he won. He had that pretty SW cue and a cool playing style. Next thing I know he won the US OPEN 9 Ball championship. I sure hope I get to see him battling on the tournament trail again.

First time I met Kevin was a week or two before he won the US Open. People critiqued that I rushed. Maybe I needed to slow down and pace myself. My first thought was Mike Wong, and asked for lesson. After our lesson Mike introduced me to Kevin. They were practicing on the front table at Steinway, getting ready for the US Open.
