Just went to support a few friends briefly last night. Set-up is awesome, just like last year. Can get a few pics next time I go, but won’t pop in again til finals. Here’s the current match list. Original image was hard to upload, so hope it is readable.

Unfortunately it's not readable. I even opened it in a new window. Thanks for the update though!

Let me see if I can upload it in a different format. The forum isn’t working on my work computer the last couple of days, so having to message on my phone.

Try scanning this it will take you to the DP bracket - let me know if this doesn’t work, I can try to find a work around 😊

Also, if there’s anything you want to know, or see at the tournament. Let me know, happy to share.

I’d like to know how the View attachment 848241does.
Seems he’s doing alright so far. China loves him, was great to see many players interacting with him. He played a few racks with some Chinese friends of mine the day before the tournament began. I was playing a little cash set with my friend, helping him prepare, and I think Pags went for dinner before I finished so didn’t get a chance to wander over and tell him how much of a legend he is (sure he hears that plenty, so it’s ok 😂)

Hoping that QR works for you all. Then you can follow :)

KPY vs Ma ChenChao (good Shanghainese player)

Should be a good match. Only played Ma once and he murdered me 8-1. He was in good spirits when he came to my friends hall after his first days games.

So many good matches going on at this event! Hope yuan8 keeps going from strength to strength hosting these. Would love to see a WNT major in shanghai

Yapp swept away by Kuo Po Cheng! Some more great games today. A speedy 10-1 for Naoyuki Oi being my pick in terms of watch-ability. He’s had some strong performances so far.

As mentioned in the other thread, some players seriously making the most of the shot clock. But there’s quality matches all round.

liu ri teng is an interesting player. helluva stroke, similar to nguyen anh tuan but has a better percentage game. as with many east asians between 20 and 45 i have no clue how old he is. maybe he's a veteran
He’s well known in the Asia scene. Think he’s considered a vet.

Yeh, I want to catch Ruslan play. Haven’t been able to yet. Hoping he’s still got games in him if I get there after work tomorrow.
