That seems to have been the semi-finals. The championship match is in the last half of the video, starting about 12:20
The ends of the matches are strange. Avalos at the end is shooting to catch up, misses, and is the loser with Rojas at 36. In the finals, the final score is 26-25 as the player is rushing to shoot and then a buzzer goes off.
I assume they are playing with a time limit on the match (and perhaps a shot clock).
Here's a decent story about Roberto Rojas, his fans will like this. We were playing a seniors tournament in Seoul (60+ guys), and the organization offered us a tour of the Korean DMZ. Very military atmosphere, heavily armed Korean soldiers everywhere. Lots of tourists taking selfies. Our group of billiard players arrived, and one of the Korean guards stepped out. He took out his phone and said in decent English: "Can I take a picture with you mr. Rojas?" Only in Korea, I guess.
