If anyone is going in the next couple of days would you leave a road report and where you were traveling from? I am leaving from NC Tuesday morning and will do the same.

It's still pretty much a solid sheet of ice, here in the DFW area. At least, it is in my neighborhood. We got freezing rain, followed by a few inches of sleet, and finally a few flakes of snow. Tried to walk out on my back porch, and almost busted my butt. I haven't seen anyone try to drive down my street since Friday. 11 degrees last night. Should get above freezing tomorrow. Didn't lose power, though.

My brother has lived there for 40+yrs. They can barely drive on dry pavement much less on ice. I'm not sure of the specifics but there appears to be another round of winter weather coming later this week.
