I am enjoying the Titlist chalk. Really like how well it applies to all tips, including phenolic ones. Definitely different than Taom, or Kamui.
Still not sure I will switch from Taom V10 green, my preferred chalk. It will depend on how long one piece of Titlist chalk lasts. Going to spend that kind of money, I want a piece of chalk to last a very long time.
The Taom V10 green lasts a long time and applies well, though not quite as well on my break cue. The more competition the merrier. Hopefully it reduces prices.
Hard for me to believe it costs more than a few dollars to produce any chalk, but if they were that cheap to produce, you'd expect competition to drive down prices. We'll see. New entrants are coming in all the time.
