I bought a 6" CF butt extension to use on my Crown CF pool cue but none of the three adapters fit. Am i doing something wrong?

The probability is that the Crown pool cue uses a different bumper thread than what is supplied. It looks like Crown Me has a generic extension on Amazon. Odd that it wouldn't fit one of their cues.
I'd suggest messaging Crown Me through Amazon or contact whatever retailer you got it from and see if they have a suggestion for an extension. Failing that a cue maker or repair person can make what you have work.
