Hello all,

I have a cue that I bought back in the mid-90's (I think, it's been a while). It's been in storage for most of that time and after cleaning out a bunch of stuff I came across it again. Any help with figuring out what it is would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Brand: Brunswick
Weight: 20 ounces
Length: 58-1/2 inches
Condition: Excellent

There is one on eBay. They say it is magnum m3 made by Joss. Does your say by joss under the Brunswick logo?

Forgot to add the image with the logo, which I've corrected. It doesn't say "Joss" anywhere, it says "USA" just below the logo. That one on EBay looks exactly the same other than the logo.

Could you show the joint faces? Is it piloted?

MG-3 from the 1996 catalog. I don't know why that cue does not say Joss on it. Strange. According to the catalog it is Joss. Dan Janes had said that they put the Joss name on all their cues and if it did not say Joss on it, it was not a Joss.

Could it be a Falcon? I always thought the 'un-JOSS' B'wick cues were made by Falcon. Is the pin 18thread? IIRC that's another Falcon 'tell'.

Thanks for all your replies! I added a couple of close ups of the joint. I suppose depending on where you start counting, I see between 6 and 7 threads in 1/2 inch.

Thanks everyone for all your assistance and replies. Everything seems to point to this being an MG-3. I'll probably put this up for sale in the next 2 or 3 days, either here or on ebay, or both. If someone is interested and wants to make an offer before then please feel free. Thank you all again!

Based on the images I'm thinking that's a 5/16x14 piloted pin. That's the biggest indicator of this being a Joss cue as far as I can tell. Thanks for the info!
