Trying to figure out the make and model of this cue I recently acquired. There are no markings . I have been told pre logo meucci also old viking but I cannot find any info to confirm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The cue is an extremely plain cue, and is worth a hundred, max without any sort of providence.

Maybe, but the cue is so unremarkable in so many ways that it borders on remarkable in it's unremarkableness.
It could be any entry level cue from anyone, sportcraft to about three thousand makers. It wouldn't surprise me if it was won at a county fair, it wouldn't surprise me if it were the fourth cue that Johan Spondonovich from Schenectady built.
About the only thing it has going for it is the lack of a giant kitty on it
I don't intend to be mean, if the cue plays well, great, it's a fine tool for the job at hand and I wouldn't be embarrassed playing with it. It's a futile exercise to guess who might have made it, because unless Johan sees it and verifies he made it, nobody will ever know for sure.
Or maybe I'm wrong.
At first glance, I thought Palmer and Mali but the ring work is throwing me off.

That's not a Meucci. They didn't have pilot joints. Bumper doesn't look right either.
