I looked a little closer. It turns out that the poster, "Md Obi", is in Bangladesh and has started a fake "APA Pool League Community" page, presumably intended to trap the unaware so Md gets more money from FaceBook. Of course, fake pages are not a problem on FB, they are a feature. More traffic, more ads, more money for our social media overlords.

There are four "APA Pool League Community" pages on FB. You can have one, too.
