Kelly Cibart of Chico, California, ran undefeated to win stop #4 of the West Coast Women’s Tour (TWCWT) on August 1 at Buffalo Billiards in Petaluma, California. Thirty-eight women came from across California and Oregon to the lively Sonoma County room, and Cibart closed out four straight hill-hill matches to take the title.
