It’s a ‘new kid on the block’ in the ever-expanding, regional pool tournament neighborhood. It’s the Southeastern Billiard Tour, which got underway at Janet Atwell’s Borderline Brunswick Arena in Bristol, TN last month (Sat., July 18). It held its second stop this past weekend (Aug. 15-16), at a $1,000-added 9-ball tournament that drew 47 entrants to Peyton’s Place in Knoxville, TN.
