The ‘official’ winner at last weekend’s (Aug. 29) stop on the Q City 9-Ball Tour, Steven Kelley, has now, by virtue of recording a tournament payout, entered the AZBilliards database for the first time. Runner-up Mike Vinesett, having placed 4th in a Q City event in July, recorded his second (known) cash payout. They may have won and finished 1st or 2nd before (either way), but, as often happens, we may not hear about them until a tournament has reported its results to us.
