Automatic pool cue thoughts

Get a load of this, is this a joke or even legal?
I’m still trying to figure out if I bought one for fun if it would ever show up in my mailbox. Thoughts?

Can someone just buy one already and review it?

I need to know the build quality since there are moving parts involved. Don't need it to break, no pun intended, because I doubt there is an after-sales department to help if its broken.

Dang I had quite a few of those old Amerola Aluminum Cues. I had experimented with weights inside of them right where your grip hand holds the cue. 22-24 ounces felt like 16. Down side is the aluminum warps....
Aluminum only warps if you apply more heat to it than possible with a Bic lighter, I'm guessing you bent it somehow.

I really want one too but they are only $99 I’ll take the chance at it. Looks like fun
Where did you find that price, on FB? Aliexpress has them for ~$155.

I've seen spring-loaded cues before, and even thought about making a basic one, because I think one might be useful for working with beginner players. It *literally* demonstrates a "mechanical stroke", and even, basically, follow-through. Probably best use would be to check a shooter's aim though, by replacing their individual stroke with the 'automatic' one.

Also, there's these.
